1st Reconciliation 

Guidelines for 1st Reconciliation

-The minimum age/grade is 7 years old and 2nd grade
-Students are expected to attend all classes (Sept-Dec)
-Parents are to attend one class a month (information to come)

Students need to memorize these 5 prayers before receiving their
1st Reconciliation in December:

Sign of the Cross
Act of Contrition
Glory Be
Our Father
Hail Mary

Videos have been provided below to help.

We use Dynamic Catholic's Blessed program for our First Reconciliation classes.
You can access the videos and the online student book, in English and Spanish.
We ask that you do not work ahead in this program.

Registration forms & Schedules are available at each entrance of the Church
 

Schedule

Reconciliation/Communion:
2-3 times a month. Classes are 9:45-10:45
Parents attend during the last class of the month
Reconciliation classes:
Reconciliation Retreat/KickOff: September 18th 9:15-10:45
Sacrament of Reconciliation: Date/Time TBD

Act of Contrition

My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart.
In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good,
I have sinned against You whom I should love above all things.

I firmly intend, with Your help,
to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.
Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us.
In His Name, My God, have mercy.
